Abby and Kristin specialize in buyers. They focus heavily on educaction, walking clients through financing, breaking down the process, and helping them feel confident every step of the way. they are known for being patient, strategic, and strong advocates.
Anna is our listing specialist, bringing expert strategy to every sale. From pricing to marketing to negotiation, she knows how to position home to stand out and maximize value.
Kristin also serves as our transaction coordinator, ensuring every detail is handled from contract to closing so nothing is missed and everything stays on track.
We also have a dedicated social media manager who helps market your home to a larger audience, creating more exposure and attracting the right buyers.

Hi, I’m Abby Bingamon, co-lead of Bingamon Homes Group.
Real estate has always been part of my life. I grew up listening to my mom on the phone with clients, solving problems and building relationships, so stepping into this business felt natural for me. It showed me early on that this is about so much more than houses, it’s about people, trust, and doing the right thing.
Before getting into real estate, I worked in the service industry, which really shaped how I show up for my clients. It taught me how to listen, communicate, stay patient, and truly take care of people. That carries into everything I do today.
I now specialize in working with buyers, especially first-time home buyers. I love breaking things down, educating my clients, and helping them feel confident every step of the way. There’s nothing better than seeing someone realize buying a home is actually possible for them. I also love budgeting and helping people feel comfortable stepping into what is often their biggest investment.
When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my fiancé, Tyler, and our dog and cat, Rex and Mia. They are my favorite part of life outside of real estate. We love to go camping and explore different parts of the world, and yes, we bring both our dog and our cat along for the adventure. If we’re not doing that, you can usually find us getting into some type of project around the house.
